I am in a 1985 double wide mobile home with brick underpinning onit’s own land about 1/2 acre in SC.I currently have owner financing with a payoff of $30,000. Home appraised for $81,000 in April. Lived since 2002 & was owner financed.It is past time for me to find another lender & have tried over & over but still unsuccessful.Credit rating is 689 but due to the # of attempts to refi I have alot of recent checks on my credit reports.I have paid for 4 appraisals & 1 engineers report since this journey began.Current financer Carol G. felt bad that I had to pay for a 4th & told me not not making the April payment would be ok. Instead I spent the April payment plus more on another appraisal.This was done with lenders insight & permission.All other payment since 02 made on time.Any suggestionson a loan?Cell 704 860 4384.
